The hotel was built in 1974 and is completely renovated. It boasts a total of 49 guestrooms spread over 7 floors, of which 6 are singles, 38 doubles and 5 are suites. Guests are offered a stylish lobby with lifts, hotel safes, a cloakroom and a reception, which is available 24 hours. There is also a supermarket and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the Internet access. Room and laundry services are also available, and there is a doctor on call. The hotel also has parking facilities. About a 10 - 15 minutes drive from the Tia Hotel, you can reach another Exhibition Hall Kipsala, which also accommodates exhibitions of different themes and concerts.
